M Form for the preparation of Voters’ List
Dear Comrades, it is required as per the constitution of the Association that the voters list should be updated for the election process. The M forms ( to be filled by Unit Secretary/ authorized representative) along with form for updating personal details of members are attached. All Unit Secretaries are requested send the form, duly filled, at the earliest to the General Secretary, ARTEE, Post Box No. 422, New Delhi – 110001 (by ordinary post) or to Internet Unit, All India Radio, Broadcasting House, Parliament Street, New Delhi – 110001 ( by speed post/ courier). The scanned forms can be sent through E mail to: umsharma01@gmail.com or umsharma01@yahoo.com Fax No. 011-23354536 / 23355890 This should be accorded utmost priority to ensure that units get the ballots for all the members.
