KIND ATTENTION UNIT SECRETARIES
As per ARTEE Election bylaws clouse 29 , all the unit Secretaries, who are contesting the election should appoint a Local Returning Officer (LRO) and same should be informed to RO along with his signatures, Email id, Mobile No., Residential Address.
