 On the basis of the recommendations of Review DPC meeting held on 3^rd August?2009 and approved by the competent authority in O/o CE(EZ), AIR & TV Kolkata in compliance of Judgement and Order passed by Shillong Bench of Hon?ble Gauhati High Court on 17.04.2008 in WP(C) No. 14(SH) 2005 filed by Shri Satya Narayan Prasad Roy and Vs UOI & Others, Shri Satya Narayan Prasad Roy, Technician , AIR Shillong is hereby promoted to the post of Senior Technician against vacancy year 2000-2001. He is posted on promotion at AIR Shillong against the vacant post of Engineering Assistant till a regular Engineering Assistant is posted there.

 

This promotion of Shri Satya Narayan Prasad Roy will be effective from 09.05.2001 with all consequential service benefits except monetary benefit as per aforesaid Court  Judgement  and Order.

 

                             The date of  joining of Shri Satya Narayan Prasad Roy on promotion as Senior Technician may be forwarded to this office immediately .
