                         NORTH ZONE  AS ON 01.01.2011

 

                                   

             Enclosed please find herewith a copy  of draft seniority list of Senior Carpenters/ Carpenters in North Zone as on 01.01.2011  It is requested that the contents of this list may please be brought to the notice of all the concerned officials. Any error or omission may please be intimated  to this office with in one month of receipt of this letter (by  25.06.2011) giving clearly the discrepancy, Name, Emp.No. & Sl. No. of this list in the enclosed Performa may be referred.

            In case no error/omissions is found, a NIL report may be sent to this office positively. If no comments are received in this regard by due date,(by 25.06.2011),  It will be presumed that the seniority list is correct. The certificate that the seniority list has been circulated may be given by the Head of Office and sent to this office with in one month of receipt of this letter  positively, after which the final seniority list will be issued presuming all entries in respect of staff working in your office are in order.

 

            ENGINEERING HEADS ARE REQUESTED TO CHECK THE SENIORITY LIST AND SEND THE MISSING DATA  DISCREPANCY, IF ANY IN RESPECT OF EMPLOYEES WORKING AT THEIR CENTRE/STATION.
